轴承安装与固定的工艺参数研究

为便于轴承的安装与固定,文中优化了轴承安装工装并改进了固定模收压工装结构。对未纳入航标与所标的轴承,提供了一套寻找工艺参数的试验方案,给出了经验确定轴承压装压力值的方法。通过工艺试验确定的轴承压装翻边压力值,满足设计要求。文中开展的工艺研究工作,解决了行业内因轴承缺少工艺参数无法安装与固定的问题,对轴承安装与固定的合理化、规范化操作,有着极其重要的意义。

In order to facilitate the installation and fixing of bearings,the bearing installation tooling is optimized and the structure of the fixed mold compression tooling is improved.For the bearings that are not included in the aviation bearing standard,a set of test schemes for finding process parameters is provided,and a method for empirically determining the pressure value of the bearing press fitting is given.The flanging pressure value of the bearing press fitting determined through the process test can meet the design requirements.The process research work carried out in this paper solves the problem that the bearing cannot be installed and fixed due to the lack of process parameters in the industry.It has extremely important significance for the rationalization and standardized operation of bearing installation and fixing.
