摘要
为研究齿轮啸叫在变速器传动系统中的分析方法与解决方案,采用了英国MASTA软件NVH分析模块,以齿轮传递误差PPTE为激励源,通过优化齿轮重合度,分析在不同工况下壳体上的振动响应峰值。分析结果表明,重合度提高,壳体上的振动位移则有所下降,软件分析结果与NVH测试结果在趋势上相符。
In order to study the analysis method and solution of gear whine in the transmission drive system,this paper uses the British MASTA software NVH analysis module,which uses the gear transmission error PPTE as the excitation source.By optimizing the coincidence of gears,the peak vibration response of the shell under different operating conditions is analyzed.The results show that the degree of coincidence increases,and the vibration displacement on the shell decreases,and the software analysis results are consistent with the NVH test results in the trend.
