摘要
针对试验机机头改装过渡段结构的可优化空间,讨论了基于设计敏度和近似模型的结构优化流程。在保证过渡段各零件拓扑结构的基础上,将上述优化方法应用于过渡段主承力结构的尺寸优化中,在不降低结构强度、关键位置位移、稳定性、固有频率等关键指标上,使结构质量降低了19.76%,表明该优化方法切实可行,是进行后续试验机改装结构精细化设计的有效途径。
The structure optimization process based on design sensitivity and approximate model is discussed for the space that can be optimized in the transition section of the experimental aircraft head.On the basis of ensuring the topological structure of each part of the transition section,the above optimization method is applied in the size optimization of the main bearing structure in the transition section.Without reducing key indicators such as structural strength,key position displacement,stability and natural frequency,the structural quality is reduced by 19.76%.It shows that the optimization method is feasible and an effective way to carry out the refined design of the subsequent experimental aircraft modification structure.
