摘要
机床主轴的装配中,需要通过一定的工艺方法,消除主轴轴承径向和轴向的游隙,以提高主轴的刚性,使主轴在承受一定载荷时,能够保持设计要求的各项精度,文中研究了主轴的两种装配工艺,以及两种工艺在不同工况下的应用。
Absrtact:In the assembly of the machine tool spindle,certain technological methods must be adopted to eliminate the radial and axial clearance of the spindle bearing,improve the rigidity of the spindle,and ensure that the spindle can maintain various design accuracy when it bears a certain load.This paper studies the two assembly processes of the spindle,and the application of these two processes under different working conditions.
