摘要
通过功率控制方式和分析时间的合理选择,建立了惰性气体熔融-热导/红外法同时测定植入钛合金材料中氧、氮、氢的方法。该方法测定植入钛合金材料中氧、氮、氢的RSD小于5%(n=6),试样测定结果与国家标准方法的测定结果基本一致,标准物质测定结果在推荐值的不确定度范围内,分析方法准确可靠。
Through the reasonable selection of power control method and analysis time,a method for simultaneous determination of oxygen,nitrogen,and hydrogen in titanium alloy materials by inert gas fusion-thermal conductivity/infrared method has been established.This method measures the RSD of oxygen,nitrogen,and hydrogen in implanted titanium alloy materials to be less than 5%(n=6).The test results of the samples are basically consistent with the national standard method.Within the scope,the analysis method is accurate and reliable.
