冠状动脉CTA在冠脉支架评估中的应用进展

Progress of Coronary CTA in the Evaluation of Coronary Stent

经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是当前临床治疗冠心病最为有效的治疗方式,对于改善冠心病患者的临床症状和预后具有积极的意义。但是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗容易引发一系列并发症,其中支架内再狭窄便是最常见也是最为严重的并发症之一。冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTA)是目前临床用于冠脉支架评估的主要技术手段,冠状动脉CTA具有较高的时间和空间分辨率,而且在检查过程中对患者没有任何创伤,操作简单方便,可重复性强。并且近些年随着CT设备的不断发展,引入了更为先进的重建算法和功能学指标,大大改善了冠状动脉CTA对于支架的显示率和诊断准确性。文章对近些年关于冠状动脉CTA在冠脉支架评估中的应用进展进行综述,以期为临床冠脉支架评估提供借鉴。

Percutaneous coronary intervention is currently the most effective treatment for coronary heart disease in clinical practice,and has positive significance for improving the treatment effect and prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease.However,percutaneous coronary intervention is prone to a series of complications,and in-stent restenosis is one of the most common and serious complications.Coronary CT angiography(CTA)is the main technical method currently used in the evaluation of coronary stent.The coronary CTA has high temporal and spatial resolution,and there is no trauma to the patient during the examination.Repeatable.And in recent years,with the continuous development of CT equipment,more advanced reconstruction algorithms and functional indicators have been introduced,which has greatly improved the display rate and diagnostic accuracy of coronary CTA for stents.This article reviews the application progress of coronary CTA in the evaluation of coronary stent in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical coronary stent evaluation.
