摘要
目的:探析多层螺旋CT二维重建和三维重建应用在骨关节疾病临床诊断中的价值。方法:将2014年8月~2018年6月本院接收的骨关节病变患者50例纳为参研样本,所选患者均行常规X射线平片诊断(将其纳为对照组)及螺旋CT重建扫描检查(作为观察组)。经统计学分析比较两组诊断效果的优劣。结果:观察组诊断价值高于对照组,漏诊误诊率低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将螺旋CT二维和三维重建应用在骨关节病变诊断中可使病变检出率明显提高。
Objective: To analyze the value of multi-dimensional spiral CT two-dimensional reconstruction and three-dimensional reconstruction in the clinical diagnosis of bone and joint diseases. Methods: Fifty patients with bone and joint diseases received in our hospital from August 2014 to June 2018 were taken as the participating samples. All selected patients were diagnosed by conventional plain radiographs(incorporated into conventional group) and spiral CT Reconstruction scans(as intervention group). The statistical analysis was used to compare the pros and cons of the two groups. Results: The diagnostic value of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis was lower than that of the conventional group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of two-dimensional and three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT in the diagnosis of osteoarthritis can significantly improve the detection rate of the disease.
