数字化X射线摄影双能量成像技术的临床应用价值探究

Study on the Clinical Value of Dual Energy Imaging in Digital X-ray Photography

目的:解读数字化X射线(DR)摄影双能量成像技术用于临床疾病诊断中的价值。方法:抽取2016年4月~2017年8月本院收治的70例患者为观察对象,遵照随机原则分为对照组、观察组,每组各35例,分别给予传统X射线片与DR摄影双能量成像技术检查,观察两组的拍片质量,比较与分析临床诊断率。结果:观察组甲级片占有率为94.29%,高于对照组的71.43%;观察组、对照组的临床诊断率依次为86.21%、97.06%,经比较分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:DR摄影双能量成像技术具有操作过程简单,拍片质量优良,能为疾病临床诊断与治疗提供质量较高的影像资料。

Objective:To interpret the value of dual-energy digital X-ray(DR)imaging in clinical disease diagnosis.Methods:70 patients admitted from April 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group,with 35 patients in each group according to the random principle.The patients were given traditional X-ray and DR photography dual-energy imaging technology for examination,the film quality of the two groups was observed,and the clinical diagnosis rate was compared and analyzed.Results:The rate of grade a tablets in the experimental group was 94.29%,higher than that in the conventional group(71.43%).The clinical diagnosis rates of the experimental group and the conventional group were 86.21%and 97.06%respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:DR photography dual-energy imaging technology has the advantages of simple operation process,excellent film quality,and can provide high-quality image data for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
