摘要
目的:探讨肋骨骨折诊断中X射线数字断层融合技术的临床价值。方法:选择2017年4月~2019年6月本院收治的胸部外伤患者48例作为实验样本,依照不同诊断方法分为对照组和观察组,每组患者的数量为24例,对照组诊断方式为X射线平片,观察组诊断方式为X射线数字断层融合技术,对两组患者的诊断结果展开比较。结果:经CT扫描及肋骨三维重建验证,观察组肋骨骨折检出率比对照组肋骨骨折检出率高,两组间差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:X射线数字断层融合技术有利于显著提高胸部外伤中肋骨骨折的检出率,即可完全取代X射线平片,又可补充CT与三维重建。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of X-ray digital tomography fusion in the diagnosis of rib fractures.Methods:Forty-eight patients with chest trauma treated in our hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected as experimental samples.They were divided into control group and study group according to different diagnostic methods.The number of patients in each group was 24.X-ray plain film,the diagnosis method of the study group is X-ray digital tomography fusion technology,and the diagnosis results of the two groups of patients are compared.Results:The CT scan and three-dimensional reconstruction of ribs verified that the detection rate of rib fractures in the study group was higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:X-ray digital tomosynthesis technology is beneficial to significantly increase the detection rate of rib fractures in chest trauma.It can completely replace plain X-ray films,and can complement CT and 3 D reconstruction.
