眩贝聆便捷式红外视频眼震视图在周围性眩晕中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Dazzle Listening Portable Infrared Video Nystagmus View in Peripheral Dizziness

目的:探讨眩贝聆便捷式红外视频眼震视图在周围性眩晕中的诊断价值。方法:通过声行健眼震检查目镜和眩贝聆便捷式红外视频眼震视图仪器对164例眩晕患者展开前庭功能性检测,并对数据展开分析。结果:所选取的患者中120例(73.2%)存在异常,患者均表现出前庭功能减退。患者中44例(26.8%)正常。其中检测异常患者中51例患者存在变位性眼震,14例位置性眼震,4例视动试验异常,5例扫视试验异常,8例平稳跟踪试验异常,9例自发性眼震,29例温度试验异常。结论:声行健眼震检查目镜和眩贝聆便捷式红外视频眼震视图在周围性眩晕的临床应用过程中有着较高的诊断价值,操作使用较为便捷。

Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of glare-sounding infrared video nystagmus in peripheral vertigo.Methods:A total of 164 patients with vertigo were examined for vestibular function by vocal eye movement examination eyepiece and glare-sounding portable infrared video nystag view instrument,and the data were analyzed.Results:Of the selected patients,120(73.2%)had abnormalities,and the patients showed vestibular dysfunction.Of the patients,44(26.8%)were normal.Among them,51 patients had abnormal nystagmus,14 patients with positional nystagmus,4 with abnormal visual motion test,5 with abnormal saccade test,8 with abnormal tracking test,and 9 with spontaneous nystagmus.The temperature test is abnormal.Conclusion:The acoustic eye movement examination eyepiece and glare-sliding portable infrared video nystagmus view have high diagnostic value in the clinical application of peripheral vertigo,and the operation is convenient.
