老年前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的效果评估

Evaluation of Transurethral Resection of Prostate for Elderly Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的:探讨老年前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的临床效果及对患者生活质量影响。方法:将2016年2月~2018年6月在本院接受治疗的80例老年前列腺增生患者随机分组。传统切除组选择传统手术,电切术组选择经尿道前列腺电切术。比较两组患者临床治疗效果;治疗前后患者生活质量评分、前列腺症状积分;并发症发生率。结果:电切术组生活质量评分、前列腺症状积分、前列腺增生手术相关指标、并发症发生率均优于传统切除组,P<0.05。结论:老年前列腺增生患者实施经尿道前列腺电切术可获得较好效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transurethral resection of prostate for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and its influence on the quality of life of patients.Methods:80 elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into groups.The traditional resection group chose traditional surgery,and the transurethral group chose transurethral resection of the prostate.The clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared;the patients’quality of life scores,prostate symptom scores before and after treatment,and the incidence of complications.Results:The quality of life score,prostate symptom score,prostatic hyperplasia related indexes,and complication rate were better in the resection group than in the traditional resection group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Transurethral resection of prostate for elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia can achieve better results.
