Ahmed控制引流阀植入术对新生血管性青光眼患者眼压的疗效研究

Effect of Ahmed Controlled Drainage Valve Implantation on Intraocular Pressure in Patients with Neovascular Glaucoma

目的:探讨Ahmed控制引流阀植入术对新生血管性青光眼患者眼压的疗效。方法:选择2015年10月~2018年4月本院接诊的60例新生血管性青光眼患者,将所有病例资料按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,给予对照组患者小梁切除术,给予观察组患者Ahmed青光眼阀植入术。观察治疗前后视力、眼压的改善情况,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗前,两组患者的眼压、视力比较,差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,具有可比性;治疗后,观察组患者的眼压和视力在治疗后各阶段的改善情况均明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为6.7%(2/30),明显低于对照组的20.0%(6/30),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:Ahmed控制引流阀植入术是治疗新生血管性青光眼安全、有效的治疗方法。

Objective:To explore the effect of Ahmed control drainage valve implantation on intraocular pressure in patients with neovascular glaucoma.Methods:Sixty neovascular glaucoma patients were selected from our hospital.All cases were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method.Trabeculectomy was given to the control group and Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation was given to the observation group.Into surgery.Observe the improvement of visual acuity,intraocular pressure before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IOP and visual acuity between the two groups of patients.P>0.05,which was comparable;after treatment,the IOP and visual acuity of the observation group were significantly improved in all stages after treatment.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.7%(2/30),which was significantly lower than the 20.0%(6/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant P<0.05.Conclusion:Ahmed controlled drainage valve implantation is a safe and effective treatment for neovascular glaucoma.
