平衡仪训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响

Effect of Balance Instrument Training on Balance Function and Daily Living Ability of Hemiplegic Patients with Stroke

目的:为了分析平衡仪训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法:纳入2017年10月~2019年9月本院收治的15例患者为观察对象,将其分为对照组(7例)和观察组(8例),对照组患者采用常规的康复治疗,观察组患者在常规康复治疗的基础上开展平衡仪训练,观察两组患者治疗前后的Berg评分、holden评分和日常生活能力评分。结果:治疗前两组患者的Berg评分和holden评分组间差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者的Berg评分和Holden评分分别为(38.39±4.69)和(3.90±0.64)分,对照组患者的Berg评分和Holden评分分别为(30.18±4.13)和(3.13±0.58)分,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者的日常生活能力评分组间差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后观察组和对照组患者的日常生活能力评分分别为(76.35±6.18)和(62.85±5.94)分,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者采用平衡仪训练有助于改善患者的平衡功能以及日常生活能力。

Objective:In order to analyze the effect of balance instrument training on balance function and daily living ability of hemiplegic patients with stroke.Methods:15 patients admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to September 2019 were divided into control group(7 patients)and study group(8 patients).Patients in the control group were treated with Routin rehabilitation.Patients in the study group were trained with balance instrument on the basis of Routin rehabilitation.Berg score,holden score and quality of life score before and after treatment were observed.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in Berg score and holden score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,Berg score and Holden score of the study group were(38.39±4.69)and(3.90±0.64),Berg score and Holden score of the control group were(30.18±4.13)and(3.13±0.58),with significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the daily life ability scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the daily life ability scores of the study group and the control group were(76.35±6.18)and(62.85±5.94),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The balance instrument training is helpful to improve the balance function and the ability of daily life of stroke patients.
