尿液干化学和尿有形成分分析显微镜复检的比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨采用迈瑞EU8000尿液分析流水线尿液干化学法、尿有形成分分析检测的临床价值。方法:选择2018年1月~2018年3月在本院进行尿检的827例患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用EU8000尿液分析流水线行尿液干化学法和尿有形成分分析检测红细胞(RBC)和白细胞(WBC),并进行人工显微镜复检。观察尿液干化学法和尿有形成分分析与显微镜镜检的符合度,以显微镜镜检为金标准,绘制尿液干化学法和尿有形成分析判定RBC和WBC阳性的受试者工作曲线(ROC),计算二者判定的灵敏度、特异性和符合度。结果:尿干化学法和尿有形成分分析均阳性作为判定标准预测RBC和WBC阳性的诊断特异性均高于单纯尿干化学法和尿有形成分分析法(P<0.05);尿干化学法或尿有形成分分析法阳性作为判定标准预测RBC和WBC阳性的灵敏度高于单纯尿液干化学法和有形成分分析(P<0.05)。结论:通过迈瑞EU8000尿液分析流水线对尿液进行干化学法和有形成分析,灵活运用结果有助于阳性结果的确诊或排除。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of using the Mindray EU8000 urine analysis line urine dry chemistry method and urine composition analysis test.Methods:A total of 827 patients who underwent urinalysis in our hospital from January to March 2018 were selected as the research objects.All patients used the EU8000 urine analysis line to perform urine dry chemistry and urine formation analysis to detect red blood cells(RBC)and white blood cells.(WBC)and re-examination with artificial microscope.Observe the consistency of urine dry chemistry method and urine formation analysis with microscopic examination,and use the microscopic examination as the gold standard to draw the working curves of subjects who are determined to be RBC and WBC positive by urine dry chemistry method and urine formation analysis(ROC),to calculate the sensitivity,specificity and agreement of the two judgments.Results:The urine dry chemistry method and urine formation analysis were both positive.The diagnostic specificity of predicting RBC and WBC positive was higher than that of urine dry chemistry method and urine formation analysis(P<0.05).Or the positive analysis of urine formation analysis was used as the criterion to predict the sensitivity of RBC and WBC positive was higher than that of pure urine dry chemical analysis and formation analysis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Minray EU8000 urine analysis line is used for dry chemical analysis and formed analysis of urine.The flexible use of results can help the diagnosis or exclusion of positive results.
