摘要
目的:分析在尿隐血检验得到过程中尿液分析仪与显微镜法的临床应用价值。方法:纳入2017年1月~2019年1月在本院接受尿隐血检验的患者65例作为实验研究对象,所有患者均给予尿液分析仪与显微镜法检验,对比分析两种检验方法的检验准确率。结果:尿液分析仪阳性率、阴性率分别为26.2%、73.8%,显微镜法阳性率、阴性率分别为23.1%、76.9%,在阳性率、阴性率的比较上,两种检验方法无明显差异(P>0.05);以尿液分析仪作为金标准,显微镜法检验假阳性率、假阴性率分别为4.2%、23.5%,以显微镜法为金标准,尿液分析仪的假阳性率、假阴性率分别为8.0%、13.3%。结论:在尿隐血检验的过程中尿液分析仪与显微镜法的检验结果相似,均可以作为理想的检验方法,可以根据不同情况综合考虑进行检验方法的合理选择,但是对存在可疑患者实施检验的过程中应该联合运用这两种方式,保证得到更准确的检验结果。
Objective:To analyze the clinical application value of urine analyzer and microscope method in the process of obtaining urine occult blood test.Methods:In this experimental study,65 patients who underwent occult blood tests in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were used as experimental research objects.All patients were tested with a urine analyzer and microscopy.The accuracy of the inspection method.Results:The positive and negative rates of the urine analyzer were 26.2%and 73.8%,respectively.The positive and negative rates of microscopy were 23.1%and 76.9%,respectively.There was no significant difference between the two test methods in the comparison of the positive and negative rates(P>0.05);Using the urine analyzer as the gold standard,the false positive rate and false negative rate of the microscopic examination were 4.2%and 23.5%,respectively.Using the microscope as the gold standard,the false positive rate and false rate of the urine analyzer were The negative rates were 8.0%and 13.3%,respectively.Conclusion:In the process of urine occult blood test,the results of the urine analyzer and the microscopy method are similar,and both can be used as the ideal test method.Suspected comprehensive selection of test methods based on different circumstances is suspected,but the process of conducting test on suspicious patients China should use these two methods together to ensure more accurate test results.
