摘要
重大科技基础设施是关系我国科技基础创新能力构建的重要物质基础。本文在分析国外重大科技基础设施的知识产权保护现状,归纳各国重大科技基础设施的知识产权保护特点的基础上,结合我国目前重大科技基础设施知识产权保护现状,凝练我国重大科技基础设施在知识产权保护上存在的问题,并参考国外的成功经验,提出解决问题的建议。
The major science and technology infrastructure is an important material basis for the construction of China’s science and technology infrastructure innovation capabilities. This paper analyzes the status quo of intellectual property protection of foreign major science and technology infrastructures, summarizes the characteristics of intellectual property protection of major science and technology infrastructures in various countries. Based on the current situation of intellectual property protection of major science and technology infrastructure in China, this paper summarizes the existing problems in intellectual property protection of major science and technology infrastructure in China, and puts forward suggestions to solve the problems by referring to the successful experience of foreign countries.
