Survival Potential of Viruses during Environmental Sanitation Operation and the Prevention and Control of the Infection Risk

环境卫生作业的生活垃圾、粪便、保洁区域等均可能成为病毒传播的载体,危害日常居民生活和环境卫生作业人员的健康。归纳分析了包括SARS冠状病毒在内的一些病毒的体外生存特征,包括消毒、杀灭阈值,以及环境卫生作业人员和公众的病毒暴露途径,讨论了防控环境卫生作业过程中病毒感染风险的措施。

Domestic waste,feces,and cleaning materials involved in environmental sanitation operation could be carriers of viruses during the transmission of pathogenic microorganisms,which could be a potential risk to the health of the residents and sanitation workers.The survival characteristics in vitro of a few typical viruses,especially the coronavirus,were overviewed,including disinfection,killing thresholds and the exposure pathways of viruses of the environmental sanitation worker and the public.The measures to lower the risk of viral infection were then discussed,and proposals on the management of environmental sanitation operation were put forward.
