摘要 介绍了垃圾焚烧厂一次风加热所采用的各种型式空气预热器及存在问题,并进行改进优化;基于数值计算方法,研究优化后的三段式预热器的抽汽节约量随垃圾处理量和锅炉参数的变化规律;以单炉750 t/d、锅炉参数6.4 MPa、485℃为例,分析三段式蒸汽空气预热器和沼气式热风炉运行投资收益情况。 Various types of air preheaters used in primary air heating in waste incineration plants and its existing problems were introduced,and the improvement and optimization were carried out. Based on the numerical calculation method,the variation of steam extraction savings of the optimized three-stage preheaters with the waste treatment capacity and boiler parameters was studied. Taking 750 t/d single furnace with boiler parameter of 6.4 MPa and 485 ℃ as an example,the investment income of three-stage steam air preheater and biogas hot blast furnace was analyzed.
