停料时间对厌氧生物滤池二次启动的影响

摘要 以焚烧厂垃圾渗滤液为原料,在有机负荷率约为7 kg/(m^3·d)、反应温度(37±2)℃时,通过对pH、出水COD浓度、VFA、VFA/TIC、产气量及CH4_含量等指标的检测,考察不同停料时间对厌氧生物滤池二次启动过程的影响。结果表明:当停料时间在5 d内时,系统的各检测指标均能在较短时间内恢复正常;当停料时间达10 d时,系统恢复时间延长,pH从7.6降至7.2左右,出水的COD、VFA及VFA/TIC等明显升高;当停料时间为15 d时,系统恢复后的pH从7.6降至6.6、出水COD从7000 mg/L上升至14000~15000 mg/L、VFA从3000 mg/L上升至5500~10500 mg/L、VFA/TIC从0.3上升至1.0以上,系统趋于酸化。 With leachate of incinerator as raw material,the effect of different stop feeding times on restart-up process of anaerobic biofilter was investigated by monitoring pH,COD of effluent,VFA,VFA/TIC,biqgas production and CH4 content at the organic load rate of 7 kg/(m^3·d)and operating temperature of(37±2)℃.The results shoamed that the parameters of the system could return to normal in a short time when stop feeding time within 5 days.When the stop feeding time reached 10 days,the system needed more time to back to normal,the pH fell from 7.6 to 7.2 and the COD,VFA and VFA/TIC of effluent were significantly increased When stop feeding time was 15 days,the pH of the system dropped from 7.6 to 6.6 after the restart of feeding,COD of effluent was increased from 7000 mg/L to 1400015000 mg/L,VFA was increased from 3000 mg/L to550010500 mg/L and VFA/TIC was increased from nearly 0.3 to over 1.0,the system tended to acidification.
