Impact of College Students' Perceived Social Support on Their Sport-Confidence:The Mediating role of self-Esteem

目的:探讨大学生领悟社会支持对运动自信的影响,考察自尊的中介作用.方法:本研究选用“领悟社会支持量表”“自尊量表”以及“运动状态自信量表”对518名大学生进行问卷调查.结果:大学生领悟社会支持及其自尊与运动自信呈显著正相关(P<0.01);大学生领悟社会支持能够显著正向预测其运动自信(P<0.001);大学生领悟社会支持能显著正向预测其自尊(P<0.001);自尊在大学生领悟社会支持对运动自信的影响中起到了部分中介作用,中介效应值为25.55%.结诰:大学生领悟社会支持影响其运动自信和自尊,同时大学生自尊影响其运动自信.领悟社会支持和自尊能够分别正向预测大学生运动自信,自尊在大学生领悟社会支持对运动自信的影响中起中介作用。

To explore the influence of college students'perceived social support on sports confidence and sport-confidence of college students and investigate the mediating role of self-esteem.Methods:518 college students were surveyed by the Perceived Social Support Scale,Self-esteem Scale and Sports State Confidence Scale.Results:College students*perceived social support and their self-esteem were significantly positively correlated with sport-confidence(P<0.01).College students*perceived social support is able to positively predict their self-esteem(P<0.001);Perceived social support can significantly predict their positive Self-esteem(P<0.001);Self-esteem played a part in mediating the influence of college students*perceived social support on sport confidence,with a mediating effect value of 25.55%.Conclusions:College students'perceived social support affects their sport-confidence and self-esteem,and college students'self-esteem affects their sport-confidence.The perceived social support and self-esteem can positively predict college students*sport-confidence,and self-esteem plays an intermediary role in the influence of college students*perceived social support on their sport-confidence.
