摘要
为探讨中学生体育锻炼与学业自尊的关系,采用《体育活动等级量表》、《青少年自尊量表》对475名中学生进行问卷调查.结果表明:(1)不同性别、不同学业阶段的中学生在体育锻炼与学业自尊平均得分上存在差异性;(2)中学生体育锻炼与学业自尊呈显著正相关(r=0.538,p<0.01);(3)中学生体育锻炼对其学业自尊有显著的正向预测作用(β=0.452,p<0.01).研究认为:(1)不同性别、不同学业阶段的中学生在体育锻炼与学业自尊上存在差异;(2)中学生体育锻炼与其学业自尊存在显著相关;(3)中学生一定的体育活动量可以对其学业自尊产生影响,但体育锻炼的时间、频率以及强度对其学业自尊的影响具有差异性.可以通过正确引导中学生参与体育锻炼,为提高其学业自尊奠定良好的基础.
In order to explore the relationship between physical exercise and academic self-esteem of middle school students,475 middle school students were surveyed with the the PARS-3,the Youth Self-esteem.The results show that:(1)there are difierences in the average scores of physical exercise and academic self-esteem among middle school students of different genders and academic stages;(2)there is a significant positive correlation between physical exercise and academic self-esteem among middle school students(r=0.538,P<0.01);(3)physical exercise has a significant positive predictive effect on their academic self-esteem(β=0.452,P<0.01).The study concludes that:(1)there are differences in physical exercise and academic self-esteem among middle school students of different gender and academic stage;(2)There is a significant correlation between middle school students'physical exercise and their academic self-esteem;(3)A certain amount of physical activity can affect their academic self-esteem,but the influence of time,frequency and intensity of physical exercise on their academic self-esteem is different.By correctly guiding middle school students to participate in physical exercise,we can lay a good foundation for improving their academic self-esteem.
