摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法和对比分析法,对美国高校“大十联盟”赛事体系的背景及发展、经营管理模式、收入状况进行研究,为我国高校体育竞赛运作工作提供借鉴.得出以下结论:(1)我国高校要高度重视我国高校赛事胡牌的打造;(2)要加大力度发展市场宣传和媒体的开发;(3)加快开发多元化的产品服务;(4)注重培育各学校独有的竞赛文化;(5)培养全面高素质人才;(6)建立完善高校激励机制;(7)尝试建立校际联盟,高校之间应发挥互相带动作用.
By the methods of literature,logical analysis,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis,to the United States the background of the “ten league” tournament system in colleges and universities and the status of the development,management pattern,income,mainly analyzes the ten league race events ruiming forms and ten union origin and income situation in recent years,efficient working for the operation of college sports in our country rapid development for reference.Enlightenment analysis results to the operation of competition in colleges and universities in our country are:(1)in colleges and universities should attach great importance to our country university game brand building;(2)the development of major efforts to developing marketing and media;(3)to speed up the development to provide diversified products and services;(4)pay attention to cultivating culture unique to each school competition;(5)the need to develop a comprehensive high-quality talent;(6)establish and improve incentive mechanism;(7)in colleges and universities try to establish intercollegiate alliance,between colleges and universities should play a leading role to each other.
