摘要
根据小学体育课的课型结构特点,从课堂教学组织、练习密度和运动强度3个方面,研制出符合小学体育课的教学观察分析量表.通过3年多的实践,这种定量与定性描述相结合的观察方式,能有效提高场地和器材的利用率,及时掌握学生的练习密度和强度,提升了对课堂的诊断、反馈、激励的时效性,在促进体育课堂教学质量提升和体育教师专业化成长等方面效果显著.
According to the characteristics of the class structure of the physical education in primary school,I made this teaching observation and analysis scale,which was developed from three aspects:classroom teaching organization,exercise density and exercise intensity.Through more than three years of practice,I have found that this observation method combining quantitative and qualitative description can effectively improve the utilization rate of venues and equipment,timely grasp the density and intensity of students' exercises,even improve the timeliness of classroom diagnosis,feedback and incentives,and promote the improvement of teaching quality in physical education classroom and the specialization of physical education teachers.The long-term effect is remarkable.
