耳穴埋豆联合隔物灸预防铂类药物化疗所致恶心呕吐的效果

Effect of ear point bean pressing combined with indirect moxibustion on preventing nausea and vomiting caused by platinum-based chemotherapy

目的观察耳穴埋豆联合隔物灸预防铂类药物化疗时所致恶心呕吐的效果,为患者的诊疗提供指导。方法选择宝鸡高新人民医院肿瘤科2017年1月至2019年2月接诊的86例恶性肿瘤化疗患者进行研究,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组和观察组各43例。对照组常规使用铂类药物化疗并应用耳穴埋豆预防,观察组在此基础上联合使用隔物灸,连续3~5 d观察患者在治疗期间的恶心、呕吐等发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后预防恶心、呕吐的总有效率为97.67%,明显高于对照组的86.04%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗期间的不良反应发生率为4.65%,明显低于对照组的20.65%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴埋豆联合隔物灸能够有效减轻恶性肿瘤患者铂类药物化疗时引起的恶心、呕吐症状,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective To observe the effect of ear point bean pressing combined with indirect moxibustion on preventing nausea and vomiting caused by platinum-based chemotherapy, and to provide guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Methods Eighty-six patients with malignant tumor received chemotherapy from the Department of Oncology, Baoji High-tech People’s Hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected for study. According to random number table, the patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated by chemotherapy with platinum drugs and prevention of bean pressing in ear points. The observation group was additionally treated by indirect moxibustion for 3 to 5 days. Results The total effective rate of preventing nausea and vomiting in the observation group was 97.67%, which was significantly higher than86.04% in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.65%, significantly lower than 20.65% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ear point bean pressing combined with indirect moxibustion can effectively reduce the nausea and vomiting symptoms caused by chemotherapy of platinum drugs in patients with malignant tumors, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
