回转窑人工智能专家系统的应用实践

摘要 根据水泥熟料煅烧过程操作控制原理研发的"回转窑人工智能专家系统"采用了人工智能模拟技术、实时数据清洗技术、控制数据关联匹配技术。该系统由分解炉出口温度自动控制系统、篦速自动控制系统和氨水用量自动控制系统三个模块组成。该系统投运后,分解炉出口温度控制有效率由之前人工控制的平均60%~70%提高至平均80%~95%;篦下压力和二次风温稳定性提高;氨水消耗量下降显著;窑系统投料量增加10 t/h左右,熟料标准煤耗降低2.85 kg/t,熟料强度均有提高。 According to the operation control principle of cement clinker calcination process,the"rotary kiln artificial intelligence expert system11 has adopted artificial intelligence simulation technology,real-time data cleaning technology,control data association matching technology.The system consists of three modules:the automatic temperature control system at the outlet of the decomposing furnace,the automatic control system of grate speed and the automatic control system of ammonia water consumption.After the system was put into operation,the effective rate of the temperature control of the outlet of the decomposition furnace has been increased from an average of 60%to 70%manually controlled to an average of 80%to 95%,the pressure under the grate and the stability of the secondary air temperature increased,the consumption of ammonia decreased significantly,and the feed quantity of kiln system increased by about 10 t/h,clinker standard coal consumption decreased 2.85 kg/t,clinker strength increased.
