摘要
为了探究不同p H和温度条对枯草芽孢杆菌有效活菌数的影响,本试验共设置了3、5、7、9、11五个p H梯度和20℃、30℃、40℃、50℃、60℃五个温度梯度,并测定其有效活菌数。同时对枯草芽孢杆菌和巨大芽孢杆菌进行了拮抗实验。结果表明在p H为3~7时,本试验所使用的枯草芽孢杆菌其有效活菌数生长旺盛;当温度在20~40℃之间时,其有效活菌数存活率可达到90%以上,且本试验所使用的枯草芽孢杆菌会和巨大芽孢杆菌产生拮抗作用。
In order to explore the effect of different p H and temperature conditions on the colony-forming unit of Bacillus subtilis,five p H gradients(3,5,7,9,11)and five temperature gradients(20℃,30℃,40℃,50℃,60℃)were set in this experiment,and the colony-forming unit was determined.At the same time,the antagonistic experiments of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus megaterium were carried out.The results showed that under the condition of p H 3-7,the effective viable count of Bacillus subtilis used in this experiment was high;when the temperature was between 20℃and 40℃,the effective viable count of Bacillus subtilis survival rate wasup to 90%,and the giant Bacillus used in this experiment would have inhibitory effect on Bacillus subtilis.
