摘要
智能技术与媒介实践的深度融合带来了人机交互的信息生产模式、多元复杂的舆论生态、技术驱动的媒体格局。智能媒体时代的传播特征要求新闻传播人才具备以价值判断能力、事实核查与整合能力、数据分析与应用能力、情境内涵的认知能力构成的核心竞争力,然而目前新闻传播人才能力培养面临缺乏教学组织方式与智能媒体的深度融合、缺乏以智能媒体为核心的实验设施、缺乏教学资源上的社会协同机制等困境。未来应立足于智媒时代新闻人才核心竞争力的要求,在培养目标上处理好实践教学过程中技术与传播、工具与从业者的关系;将智能技术下的传播生态与传媒业态融入教学内容;在培养方式上通过推广平台化教学来提供真实的媒介实践场景。
The deep integration of intelligent technology and media practice has brought the information production mode of man-machine interaction, a diversified and complex public opinion ecology, and the technology-driven media landscape. The media ecology in the age of intelligent media requires that media talents have the core competence composed of value judgment ability, fact checking and integration ability, data analysis and application ability, and cognitive ability of context connotation. However, the lack of deep integration of teaching organization and intelligent media, the lack of experimental facilities with intelligent media as the core, and the lack of social coordination mechanism in teaching resources constitute the difficult position of media talents cultivation at present. The requirements of the core competence of media talents in the era of intelligent media should be the fundamental position of the media talents cultivation. The relationship between technology and communication, tools and practitioners in the process of practical teaching should be well handled in terms of training objectives. The media ecology and media industry situation under intelligent technology should be integrated into the teaching content. The real media practice scene should be provided through the promotion of platform teaching in terms of training methods.
