熔体表面张力测量的轮廓拟合悬滴法研究 被引量:1

摘要 基于轮廓拟悬滴法原理,设计制造了温度测量范围为20~1 000℃的高温熔体表面图像提取设备,并于Matlab平台下采用Canny算子及坐标轮换法进行图像处理及拟合计算,获得了理论误差为1. 012%的表面张力测量系统,应用该系统测量了四元混合溴化熔盐表面张力于400~600℃无分解熔融状态随温度的变化情况,与其他学者所测数据及理论分析进行比较,差别低于1. 6%,测量系统可信度良好,可用于熔融态传蓄热介质表面张力的测量。 Based on the principle of profile fit drop shape method,a high temperature melt surface image extraction equipment was designed and manufactured. Then on the platform of MATLAB,the canny operator and coordinate rotation method are used for image processing and fitting calculation.Finally,a surface tension measurement system with a theoretical error of 1. 012% is obtained. The temperature dependence of surface tension of Quaternary mixed bromide molten salt at 400 ~ 600 ℃ ’s undissolved melting state is measured by this system,the difference between the data measured by the system and the data measured by other scholars or the theoretical analysis is less than 1. 6%.Therefore,the measuring system has good reliability and can be used to measure the surface tension of the molten heat transfer storage medium.
