电力SCADA中高精度同步时钟技术研究及应用

摘要 基于分布式网络环境的SCADA系统广泛应用于发电厂和变电站,其同步测量和SOE(sequence of event)等技术均需要统一、精确的时间基准,其主时钟及授时精度严重影响测控与故障诊断效果。为了在发电厂SCADA系统中构建结构简单、精度可达亚微秒级同步时钟系统,论述并仿真验证了IEEE1588协议(PTP)原理和优势,设计了对时网络拓扑结构和分散设备的对时方式,分析了系统对时精度和误差因素,阐明了系统主要装置内部对时模块的软硬件实现。 SCADA system based on distributed network environment is widely used in power plants and substations,and its synchronous measurement and SOE( Sequence of Event) technology all need unified,accurate time datum,its main clock and timing accuracy seriously influence measurement and control and fault diagnosis effect. The paper aims to build a synchronous clock system with simple and the precision can reach precision microsecond level in SCADA system of power plant. The principle and advantage of IEEE1588 protocol( PTP) are simulated and verified. And the time mode of the temporal network topology and the distributed equipment are designed,and the time accuracy and the error factors of the system are analyzed. The hardware and software implementation of the internal timing module of the main device of the system is expounded.
