强化敏感性理论研究及其在医疗职业风险感知中的应用展望

Researchon Reinforcement Sensitivity Theory and Application Prospects in Medical Occupational Risk Perception

对强化敏感性理论(reinforcement sensitivity theory,RST)的概念、研究领域和理论应用进行了梳理,回顾分析了2000-2017年来关于强化敏感性理论的研究。文献表明,强化敏感性理论的研究数量正在逐年提升,研究内容也在不断扩展,主要集中于心理学领域。此外,在对强化敏感性相关理论进行综述的基础上,探讨了其与医疗职业风险感知的关系及量表本土化的应用展望。

This paper introduced the concept,research content and theoretical application of the reinforcement sensitivity theory,and reviewed the research on the reinforcement sensitivity theory in the past 17 years.Research showed that the number of research on reinforcement sensitivity theory was increasing year by year,and the research content was also expanding.The research focused on the field of psychology.Based on the review of the theory of reinforcement sensitivity,this paper discussed the research progress of the theory of reinforcement sensitivity and proposed some prospects for its relationship with the perception of medical occupational risk and its predictive role,as well as the localization of its related scales.
