Family Physicians Service Model and Practicing Path in Germany

德国“家庭医生”包含全科医生、家庭内科医生和儿科医生三类医师。除门诊开业外,家庭医生执业场所可延伸至医院,医院通过加强私人诊所与医院之间的良好互动从而发展整合医疗。家庭医师协会作为家庭医生职业群体代理,在福利报酬等方面与政府医保支付机构进行谈判。“家庭医生服务模式”下,疾病保险基金通过改进与家庭医生的服务购买协议,从而达到激励患者和服务提供方主动依从“守门人”制度的效果。

Family physician in Germany refers to three categories of physicians:general practitioners,family internists and pediatricians.In addition to practicing in private practice,family physicians’function can also be hospital basis.The hospitals are developing the integrated medical care model by strengthening the interaction among private practices and hospital system.The Family Physician Association acts as a professional agent for family physicians,and negotiates with government and medical insurance payment agencies in terms of welfare and remuneration.Under the Family Physicians Service Model,the sickness insurance fund has improved the service purchase agreement with family physicians to achieve the effectiveness of motivating patients and service providers to actively practice the gatekeeper function.
