摘要
科技创新平台评价是促进平台资源高效运行的一种有效方式。结合企业科技创新平台现状,综合梳理发达国家科技创新平台管理先进的评价体系经验以及我国科技创新平台存在的评价体系多样化等问题,结合企业科学研究和技术创新的需求,研究构建统一的、可分类评价的企业科技创新平台评价体系,实证采用delphi法、层次分析法、灰色评价法等分析方法确定指标评价权重及最终评价得分,并为更好地实施评价指标体系提出具体工作建议。
The evaluation of scientific and technology innovation platform is an effective manner to promote the platform resources high-efficiency operating.Combined with the current situation of enterprise science and technology innovation platform,this paper comprehensively combs the evaluation system experience of foreign advanced countries in the management of science and technology innovation platform and the problems such as the diversity of evaluation system existing in China's science and technology innovation platform.Combined with the needs of enterprise science research and technology innovation,this paper studies and builds a unified and classifiable evaluation system for enterprise science and technology innovation platform,and empirically adopts Delphi method,analytic hierarchy process,grey evaluation method and other analysis methods to determine the index evaluation weight and final evaluation score,and put forward specific suggestions for better implementation of the evaluation index system.
