摘要
概述转向架数字化工厂三大系统总体架构,通过结构化部署,优化设备配置,完成关键工序、特殊过程的数据采集;实现QMS系统与智能监造系统信息实时同步、共享,实现了转向架生产过程的智能化检测监测,有效完成了智能设备数据的整合。
The paper overviews the overall architecture of the three systems of bogie digital factory,which implements the data collection of critical and special process through structuring and optimizing the device layout,materializes the real-time synchronization and information sharing between QMS system and intelligent manufacture monitoring system,as well as the intelligent inspection and monitoring during the production of the bogie,effectively completing the integration of intelligent device data.
