摘要
选取直立斜撑式钢支架作为研究对象,对钢结构进行优化设计。采用STS进行结构设计与计算,在应力与变形满足规范要求的前提下,以斜立柱与水平腹杆夹角为变量,分析与总结钢支架结构用钢量以及变形的变化情况,从而得到用钢量最优的钢支架角度,以及在各种角度下位移、用钢量所呈现的规律。对于钢结构的优化,有利于减少钢结构的造价,也可为实际工程项目的设计提供一部分参考。
The steel support with vertical diagonal bracing is selected as the research object to optimize the design of steel structure. STS is used for structural design and calculation. On the premise that the stress and deformation meet the requirements of the code,the angle between the inclined column and the horizontal web member is taken as the variable to analyze and summarize the steel consumption and deformation of the steel support structure,so as to obtain the optimal steel consumption angle,and the law of displacement and steel consumption under various angles. For the optimization of steel structure,it can help to reduce the cost of steel structure,and also provide some reference for the design of actual engineering projects.
