外脚手架型钢后端补塞保温层的免外口作业技术

摘要 以某高层住宅楼悬挑型钢外脚手架拆除施工为背景,介绍了外挑脚手架下段先拆除确保上段后拆除的最下一道挑型钢安全拆除后的外墙面型钢后端补塞保温层的免外口作业技术,有效地免除了外口拆除作业后外墙局部装修的施工作业,完全可以确保安全生产和质量要求,而且用工量不大于在外口作业的用工量,为脚手架拆除的实际应用提供经验。 Based on the demolition construction of overhanging steel external scaffold of a high-rise residential building,this paper introduces the operation technology of no external opening after the bottom section of Overhanging Scaffold is demolished first to ensure that the top section is demolished and then the next overhanging steel is demolished safely. It effectively avoids the construction of partial decoration of the external wall after the removal of the external opening,which can ensure the safety of production and quality. It is required that the amount of labor shall not be greater than the amount of labor for the external operation,so as to provide experience for the practical application of scaffold demolition.
