摘要
对混凝土结构构件在使用期间产生的裂缝给予正确诊断并作出处理,是工程技术人员的职责。通过某钢筋混凝土结构污水处理池壁板产生的系列裂缝案例,对裂缝形状走向与位置进行辨识,由此展开对原结构配筋重新进行分析与核算,得出该裂缝主要是由结构承载力不足原因导致,并不完全是施工原因造成的正确的判断。果断采取加固措施,后期使用效果良好,消除了安全隐患,说明分清裂缝性质并对裂缝正确处理是面对解决裂缝问题理应采取的态度,以期为同类案例提供借鉴。
It is the responsibility of engineering and technical personnel to properly diagnose and deal with cracks generated during the use of concrete structural members. Through a series of crack cases generated from the wall plate of a sewage treatment tank of a reinforced concrete structure,the shape and direction of the cracks were identified,and the analysis and calculation of the reinforcement of the original structure were carried out. It was concluded that the cracks were mainly caused by insufficient structural capacity. The cause is not the correct judgment caused by the construction. Reinforcement measures are taken decisively,and the later use results are good,eliminating potential safety hazards. It is stated that distinguishing the nature of cracks and handling cracks properly is the proper attitude to solve crack problems in order to provide reference for similar cases.
