新时期中国职业体育供给问题的再思考

Quality or Quantity:Rethinking the Supply of Professional Sports in China

对职业体育“质”与“量”的分析有助于充分认识职业体育,推动职业体育的发展。研究认为职业体育的供给问题应当首先明辨产业与城市的关系,以城市需求为决定条件;为保证供给效率应当以市场需求为导向。我国职业体育市场的形成与发展逻辑有别于国外,当前已经有了一定的产业数量基础,应以质量改善作为供给的主要任务。最后,对职业体育供给进行更深层次考虑,提出不盈利反付费的转播权、低落的体育博彩业及低协会实体化和联盟自治等是我国体育发展的极大阻力,体制的差异以及权力部门错综复杂的权责关系将大大增加解决这些阻力的“时延”,政府体制改革将有效推动职业体育产业发展。

The analysis of"quality"and"quantity"of professional sports is helpful to fully understand professional sports and promote the development of professional sports.The research suggests that the supply of professional sports should first identify the relationship between the industry and the city,and take the urban demand as the determining condition.To ensure the efficiency of supply,market demand should be the orientation.The formation and development logic of China's professional sports market is different from that of foreign countries.Finally,for the supply of professional sports deeper consideration,puts forward unprofitable sports gambling against payment of rights,depression and low association materialization and alliance autonomy is great resistance in the development of sports in our country,such as system differences and the complexity of the power sector power and responsibility relations will greatly increase the"delay",to solve these resistance government system reform will effectively promote the development of professional sports industry.
