摘要 运行图是实现列车安全、正点、经济、高效运行的综合性计划。运行图调整的动态高效性很大程度上决定了轨道交通运营对突发事件的反应和处理能力。因此,针对城市轨道交通系统建立运行图应急调整模型对其运营的稳定性和安全性意义重大。以TOPSIS法为基础,根据现有运行图调整方案属性特征的综合评价建立决策模型,并对TOPSIS法理想解定义进行修正,使其更加贴合调图方案选择问题的实际情况。以南京地铁3号线模拟突发性大客流为算例,得出的决策结果具有高效性、经济性和环境适用性。 Train working diagram(TWD)serves as an integrated plan to materialize safe,punctual,economic and efficient operation of trains.Dynamic and high efficiency of TWD adjustment plays a decisive role for the reaction and handling capacity of rail transit to deal with emergencies.Therefore,it is significant for its stable and safe operation to establish TWD adjustment model in accordance with urban rail transit system.The paper,based on TOPSIS,establishes a decision model in line with the comprehensive assessment of existing TWD adjustment schemes,and revises the definition of TOPSIS ideal solution in order to make it closer to the practical situation of selecting TWD adjustment schemes.Taking sudden massive passenger flow simulation of Line 3,Nanjing subway as an example,the decision result features high efficiency,economy and environmental suitability.
