摘要 轻量化是高速列车的节能措施之一。从列车动力需求角度分析列车质量对牵引/制动特性的影响,提出一种基于动力需求的高速列车轻量化质量计算方法,分析列车轻量化前后的节能情况。结果表明:列车质量对高速列车牵引总功率影响较小,主要影响恒转矩区特性;动车质量对恒功率起点速度影响较大且为负相关;一定动力指标条件的高速列车,其轻量化质量下限值是确定的,对于4M4T编组时速350 km高速列车,其轻量化质量下限值约为328.23 t;高速列车轻量化主要为拖车轻量化,轻量化主要降低制动过程能耗,轻量化质量下限时的制动过程能耗降低约33.42%。 Lightweight design constitutes one of the energy-saving measures for high speed trains.This paper examines the influence of train mass on traction/braking characteristics from the perspective of train power demand,puts forward a mass calculation method of lightweight high speed trains based on power demand,and looks at energy conservation before and after application of train lightweight designs.The results of the study show that train mass barely affects the total traction power of high speed trains and mainly affects the characteristics of constant torque area;the EMU mass heavily affects the starting speed of constant power and the two are negatively correlated;for high speed trains with certain power parameters,the lower limit value of lightweight mass is determined;for high speed trains with a speed of 350 km/h in 4M4T formation,the lower limit value of lightweight mass is about 328.23 t;for high speed trains,lightweight design is mainly about that of the trailers,and the lightweight design mainly aims to reduce energy consumption in the braking process,and the energy consumption in the braking process at the lower limit of lightweight mass is about 33.42%.
