Research and Application of Intelligent Video Monitoring System in Railway Passenger Service System

智能视频监控系统是利用计算机视觉技术对实时监控视频进行分析,如行人入侵检测、人群密度统计等,并根据业务需求进行自动监测和预警的系统。在铁路旅客服务系统的基础上建立智能视频监控系统,实现列车到发联动监控和站内智能视频监控。列车到发联动业务可实现列车进出站时相应监控点的监测;智能视频监控利用深度学习算法对站内售票厅、进出站口、候车大厅、站台等重要区域进行人群密度统计、排队监测、越界分析等,为客站旅客服务业务提供辅助与决策支持。

Intelligent video monitoring system uses computer vision technology to analyze real-time monitoring videos,including pedestrian intrusion detection,population density statistics,etc.,and automatically conducts monitoring and early warning according to requirements.Based on the railway passenger service system,an intelligent video monitoring system is established to realize the joint monitoring of train arrival and departure and the intelligent video monitoring in the station.The train arrival/departure linkage can monitors corresponding points when the train enters and leaves the station;the intelligent video monitoring uses the deep learning algorithm to carry out crowd density statistics,queuing monitoring,cross-border analysis in ticketing hall,entrance and exit,waiting hall,platform and other important areas,providing decision-making support for station passenger service.
