本文通过翔实的统计数据和历史资料,阐述了新中国成立70年来中国地质工作取得的辉煌成就。由于国家对地质工作的巨大投入和广大地质工作者的艰苦奋战,中国基本上实现了国土地质调查的全覆盖;探明大量矿产资源形成的矿物原材料基地,保证了国民经济建设对矿产资源的需求;工程、水文和环境地质调查改善了人民群众的生活环境;今天,地矿工作走出国门,走向极地、大洋和太空,将为中华民族的伟大复兴和中国人民的幸福生活增添色彩。

Based on the detailed statistical and historical data,this paper expounds the brilliant achievements of Chinese geological work in the past 70 years since the founding of the PRC.Due to the huge investment of the state in geological work and the hard work of the geologists,the geological survey of China has basically realized the full coverage;A large number of mineral resources with proven reserves have formed mineral raw material bases to ensure the demand of mineral resources for national economic construction.Engineering,hydrological and environmental geological surveys have improved people’s living environment;Today,the work of geology and mining going abroad and to the polar,ocean and space will add colors to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
