摘要
通过对一起网络销售无卫生许可批件的涉水产品案件的分析,对当前涉水产品监管存在问题进行分析、探讨,并提出转变监管思路、加强部门之间沟通协作、完善法律及加强信用体系建设等建议。
Based on the analysis about a case of online sales of drinking water-related products without hygienic license,this paper analyzed and discussed the existing problems about the supervision of drinking water-related products,and put forward some suggestions,such as changing the idea of supervision,strengthening the communication and cooperation between departments,perfecting the laws and regulations,and strengthening the construction of credit system,etc.
