高海拔地区武警男性官兵高尿酸血症的调查及因素分析

Investigation and factor analysis of hyperuricemia in male officers and soldiers of armed police at high altitude

【目的】调查云南某部高海拔地区武警男性官兵高尿酸血症的发病率,分析高海拔对高尿酸血症的影响因素,为部队高尿酸血症防治提供依据。【方法】受试者分为A组(海拔502 m,231人),B组(海拔1890 m,1563人),C组(海拔2052 m,322人),D组(海拔3572 m,225人),使用罗氏RocheModular DPP全自动生化分析仪进行生化指标检测。【结果】云南某部2341名武警男性官兵高尿酸血症的发病率17.17%,A组高尿酸检出率为14.71%,B组高尿酸检出率为16.69%,C组高尿酸检出率为18.94%,D组高尿酸检出率22.67%。高海拔高尿酸检出率与一般海拔高尿酸检出率比较,(β=2.253,SE=0.322,Wald=6.015,P=0.011,OR=5.564~9.740),差异有显著性。【结论】随着高海拔的增加,高尿酸血症的检出率增加,高海拔是高尿酸血症的危险因素。

【Objective】To investigate the prevalence of hyperuricemia in male officers and soldiers of armed police at different altitudes in Yunnan,and analyze the influencing factors of hyperuricemia at different altitudes and provide basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperuricemia in armed police forces.【Methods】The subjects were divided into group A(502 m,231 persons),group B(1890 m,1563 persons),group C(2052 m,322 persons)and group D(3572 m,225 persons).The serum uric acid level was detected by Roche Modular DPP automatic biochemical analyzer.【Results】The prevalence of hyperuricemia in 2341 male officers and soldiers of armed police was 17.17%.It was 14.71%in group A,16.69%in group B,18.94%in group C and 22.67%in group D.The detection rate of high uric acid at high altitude was significantly higher than that at normal altitude(β=2.253,SE=0.322,Wald=6.015,P=0.011,OR=5.564-9.740).【Conclusion】With the increase of altitude,the detection rate of hyperuricemia increases.High altitude is a risk factor for hyperuricemia.
