摘要 【目的】研究武警基层军医工作满意度主要构成因素,为制定激励措施提供依据。【方法】采用问卷调查法,对2013至2015年某武警院校进修的基层军医进行调查。运用结构方程模型分析工作满意度的主要构成因素。【结果】武警基层军医工作满意度为(3.44±0.54)分。不同提干方式工作满意度得分比较,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.010)。因素分析共抽取了4个共同因素,可以解释的总变异量为58.581%。【结论】武警基层军医工作满意度为中等水平。不同提干方式是工作满意度高低的影响因素。验证性结构方程模型分析表明,构成武警基层军医工作满意度的主要因素是工作自主性、工作环境、工作条件和工作成就感。 【Objective】To investigate the main constituent factors of job satisfaction in grassroots military doctors of PAP,provide an empirical base for developing stimulating policies.【Methods】The questionnaire survey was conducted among grassroots military doctors from a certain military university from 2013 to 2015.The main factors of Job satisfaction were analyzed by using structural equation model.【Results】The overall mean score of job satisfaction for grassroots military doctors was(3.44±0.54).There was a significant difference in job satisfaction among different ways of rising as a cadre(P=0.010).Factor analysis showed that there were four common factors,which accounted for 58.581%of the total variance.【Conclusion】The whole level of job satisfaction for grassroots military doctors is medium.Different ways of rising as a cadre are the influence factors of job satisfaction level.According to the analysis of structural equation modeling,job autonomy satisfaction,working environment satisfaction,working condition satisfaction and job achievement satisfaction are the main factors of job satisfaction.
