同型半胱氨酸水平升高对小鼠及其子代肝组织端粒代谢的影响

摘要 同型半胱氨酸是一种含硫氨基酸,为体内半胱氨酸和蛋氨酸代谢过程中生成的一种中间产物,当摄入过多或其代谢异常时则会引起同型半胱氨酸在体内聚集,造成高同型半胱氨酸血症。研究表明,同型半胱氨酸水平升高可促进肝细胞凋亡、肝脏纤维化等多种肝脏病变[1,2],但机制尚不明确,而亲代血浆中同型半胱氨酸水平升高会对其后代肝脏造成何种不良影响鲜有报道。
