儿童高尿酸血症血清IL-1β、IL-6测定水平及其临床意义分析 被引量:1

Serum Levels of IL-1β and IL-6 in Children with Hyperuricemia and their Clinical Significance

摘要 研究儿童高尿酸血症血清IL-1β、IL-6测定水平及其临床价值,选取该院以及广东省第二人民医院2016年10月~2018年6月收治的30例儿童高尿酸血症患者,以及同期随机选取的30例健康体检儿童作为研究对象,将其分别设为实验组和对照组,对比两组儿童的各项临床指标,其中包括血清IL-1β、IL-6测定水平,并分析儿童高尿酸血症血清IL-1β、IL-6水平和相关临床指标的相关性。实验组的体重指数、收缩压、甘油三酯、尿酸等指标,均与对照组存在显著差异(P <0. 05);实验组的血清IL-1β、IL-6测定水平分别为(3. 59±1. 48) pg/m L、(4. 56±1. 76) pg/m L,显著高于对照组的(2. 06±1. 12) pg/m L、(2. 89±1. 38) pg/m L(P <0. 05);血清IL-1β、IL-6水平和UA、BUN、Cr,均呈显著正相关(P <0. 05)。儿童高尿酸血症患者的血清IL-1β、IL-6测定水平,与正常儿童存在显著差异,高尿酸血症合并炎症状态,会导致血清IL-1β、IL-6显著上升,对疾病的发生和发展具有重要影响,对血清IL-1β、IL-6等指标进行监测,能够为疾病的临床诊治提供更加科学的依据和指导。 To study the serum IL-1 beta and IL-6 measurement levels and their clinical value in children with hyperuric acidemia,in the study 30 cases of children with hyperulate acidemia admitted from October 2016 to June 2018 in author’ s hospital and the second People’s Hospital of Guangdong Province were selected,and 30 patients with health check-ups were randomly selected during the same period as study subjects. The clinical indicators of the two groups of children were compared,respectively;these included serum IL-1 beta,IL-6 measurement levels,and analysis of the correlation between serum IL-1 beta,IL-6 levels and related clinical indicators in children. The indexes of BMI,stench,triglycerides and uric acid in the experimental group all showed significant differences from the control group( P < 0. 05),and the serum IL-1 beta and IL-6 measurement levels were( 3. 59 ± 1. 48) pg/m L,( 4. 56 ± 1. 76) pg/m L,significantly higher than those in the control group( 2. 06 ± 1. 12) pg/m L,( 2. 89 ± 1. 38) pg/m L( P < 0. 05);serum IL-1 beta,IL-6 level and UA,BUN,Cr,all showed significant positive correlation( P < 0. 05). Serum IL-1 beta,IL-6 measurement levels in children with hyperuric acidemia patients,with significant differences from normal children,high uric acidemia combined with inflammatory state,will lead to a significant increase in serum IL-1 beta,IL-6;the occurrence and development of disease has an important impact on the occurrence and development of serum IL-1 beta,IL-6 and other indicators to monitor.It can provide a more scientific basis and guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
