摘要
槲皮素是一种天然存在的多羟基黄酮类化合物,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等药理活性。但低水溶性、易降解等性质限制了其应用。为了提高槲皮素的溶解度和生物利用度,更好的发挥药理作用,槲皮素纳米制剂得到了广泛的研究。文章就近年来槲皮素纳米制剂的研究情况进行介绍,以期为槲皮素纳米制剂的后期研究及临床应用奠定基础。
Quercetin is a kind of natural polyhydroxyl flavonoid compound and it has the pharmacological activity of anti-tumor,antioxidation,anti-inflammatory and so on. However,the application of quercetin is limited by its low water solubility and easy degradation. In order to improve the solubility and bioavailability of quercetin,playing a better role in pharmacology,quercetin nanoformulations have been widely studied. In this review the research progress of quercetin nanoformulations in recent years has been summarized,so as to lay a foundation for the further research and clinical application of quercetin nanoformulations.
