不同剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗老年肺炎的效果

Effect of different doses of ambroxol hydrochloride on elderly patients with pneumonia

目的分析在老年肺炎治疗中应用不同剂量的盐酸氨溴索进行辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法筛选出2018年1月至2019年1月郑州市第九人民医院收治的老年肺炎患者75例为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组(36例)与观察组(39例),对照组应用小剂量盐酸氨溴索,观察组应用大剂量盐酸氨溴索,对两组患者临床治疗效果及各种症状消失时间、炎症因子变化情况进行比较分析。结果在临床疗效与炎症因子变化情况方面观察组均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),在各种症状消失时间方面观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组药物所致不良反应发生率为15.38%(6/39),对照组为11.11%(4/36),差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对老年肺炎患者应用大剂量盐酸氨溴索进行辅助治疗,能促进痰液排出,降低炎症因子水平,可促进患者临床症状缓解,提高临床治疗效果,用药安全性较优。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of different doses of ambroxol hydrochloride on elderly patients with pneumonia. Methods Seventy-five elderly patients with pneumonia admitted to the Ninth People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou City from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group(36 cases) and observation group(39 cases). The control group was treated with low-dose ambroxol hydrochloride, while the observation group was treated with multi-dose ambroxol hydrochloride. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of various symptoms and changes of inflammatory factors were observed in the two groups. Results In terms of clinical efficacy and changes of inflammatory factors, the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the disappearance time of various symptoms in observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions caused by drugs in the study group was 15.38%(6/39), while that in the control group was 11.11%(4/36), with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of high-dose ambroxol in the elderly patients with pneumonia can promote the discharge of sputum and reduce the level of inflammatory factors, which can promote the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the clinical treatment effect, and the safety of medication is better.
