氧氟沙星耳内镜下冲洗与耳道滴入治疗化脓性中耳炎的效果比较

Comparison of the effect of endoscopic irrigation and intraear drip of ofloxacin in the treatment of suppurative otitis media

目的观察氧氟沙星分别采取耳内镜下冲洗、耳道滴入给药方式治疗化脓性中耳炎患者的效果。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在郑州市第二人民医院治疗的60例化脓性中耳炎患者,将其分为两组。对照组30例,使用氧氟沙星滴耳液耳道滴入治疗;观察组30例,同样使用氧氟沙星,在耳内镜直视下进行耳内冲洗,对比两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率(96.67%,27/30)明显高于对照组(80.00%,24/30),细菌培养阳性率、复发率(6个月)明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组气导听阈、骨导听阈明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对化脓性中耳炎患者进行氧氟沙星耳内镜下冲洗治疗可获得更加理想的治疗效果,复发率更低,对听力改善效果更好。

Objective To observe the efficacy of ofloxacin on suppurative otitis media by ear endoscopy irrigation and ear canal drip administration. Methods From January 2018 to January 2019, 60 cases of suppurative otitis media treated in Zhengzhou Second People’s Hospital were divided into two groups. In the control group, 30 cases were treated with ofloxacin ear drops and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with ofloxacin ear irrigation under otoendoscopy. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%,29/30) was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30), the positive rate of bacterial culture and the recurrence rate(6 months) were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment, the air conduction threshold and bone conduction threshold of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Ofloxacin ear endoscopic irrigation for suppurative otitis media patients can achieve better therapeutic effect, lower recurrence rate and better hearing improvement.
