Effect of 60-day corrective action training on functional movement screening of Armed Police special soldiers

【目的】研究基于功能性动作筛查(functional movement screening,FMS)的纠正性动作训练对提升武警特战队员FMS成绩的效果,为探索科学训练方法提供参考依据。【方法】以某部武警特战队员中36名FMS评分较低成员(FMS≤14分且出现单项动作得分1分)为研究对象,将其随机分为测试组和对照组各18人。测试组成员根据FMS设计60 d的纠正性动作训练项目,每天在日常训练中增加10~20 min的纠正性动作训练。对照组按照正常训练模式进行训练,不附加纠正性动作训练。比较纠正性动作训练前后,两组FMS成绩的变化。【结果】经过60 d的纠正性动作训练后,测试组的FMS成绩提升幅度明显高于对照组,其中深蹲、直线弓步蹲和主动直腿上抬等单项提高幅度较大,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),FMS总分提升上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。将试验组与对照组的前后成绩相对比,试验组多个单项成绩和FMS总分提升程度优于对照组,且在深蹲、直线弓步蹲和主动直腿上抬方面差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】基于FMS的纠正性动作训练对改善武警特战队员的基本动作模式,提高FMS评分方面有显著效果。

【Objective】To study the effect of corrective action training by functional movement screening(FMS) on the improvement of actual combat training in Armed Police special soldiers, and provide references for exploring scientific training methods.【Methods】A total of 36 Armed Police special fighters with lower FMS scores(FMS ≤14 and some item equal to 1) were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 18 soldiers per group. During two-month training, the soldiers in the experimental group used 10-20 minutes of intervention action to rectify in daily training. Then the soldiers in both groups were trained according to the normal training condition. The FMS scores were compared between the two groups before and after supporting corrective action training.【Results】After 60-day corrective action training, the FMS score in the experimental group increased significantly. The squats, straight lunge steps and active straight leg lifts were improved significantly with statistical difference(P < 0.01). Before and after the training,multiple item scores and FMS total score in the experimental group were significantly improved, and the squats, straight lunge steps and active straight leg lifts were also significantly different(P <0.01).【Conclusion】The study shows that corrective action training based on FMS has a significant effect on improving the basic action patterns and FMS score in Armed Police special soldiers..
